Previously, due to the complicated development of the epidemic, the General Confederation of Labor issued Decision No. 2606/QĐ-TLĐ dated 19 May 2021 and Decision No. 3022/QĐ-TLĐ dated 09 August 2021 to give the urgent supports for union members and employees affected by the Covid-19 virus.
Recently, on 15 December 2021, the General Confederation of Labor continues to issue Decision No. 3749/QĐ-TLĐ to give supports for union members and employees affected by the Covid-19 virrus, replacing two previous Decisions.
There are some new points in the Decision as following: union members and employees who are F0 and do not violate the provisions of the law on Covid-19 prevention and control are supported as follows:
A maximum of 3,000,000 VND/person if there are severe symptoms of illness, must be treated for 21 days or more at a hospital, medical facility is allowed to use Covid-19 treatment according to the documents certified by the competent health authority.
A maximum of 1,500,000 VND/person if they have to undergo outpatient treatment for 21 days or receive inpatient treatment for less than 21 days at a hospital, medical facility is allowed to use Covid-19 treatment according to the documents certified by the competent health authority.
Previously, the regulations state that union members and employees were F0 were supported at 3,000,000 VND/person.
In case a union member or employee is positive for Sars-CoV-2 before the effective date of this Decision but the continuous treatment period lasts after the effective date of this Decision and is eligible According to regulations and they have not yet received support under Decision No. 2606/QĐ-TLĐ and Decision No. 3022/QĐ-TLĐ, they will be considered to receive supports under this Decision.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
